I think one of reasons I like watching clouds move across the sky is to see the shadows they cast. I think the moving shadows moving over undulating objects, in this case mountains, are the most fascinating. I can't explain the reason why I'm so capture by such a simple play of light and dark, but I am.

It was cold and would rain the rest of the day. But the dark blue of the clouds covering the entire sky was worth all the wet socks i could get in the rain. Wet socks are the only thing I hate about the rain. It's almost a fairy tail color. I'm not sure if the picture really captures that.

First day of classes. I was waiting for my professor to get there. It was cold and the clouds weren't amazing. But I still like to stare at them. I can watch them drift across the sky all day. I was staring at this one just because it happened to be right in front of me.
